Will the chatbot answer questions about anything?
The chatbot is instructed to only answer questions related to your business. For example, if a user asks how to say something in French, that chatbot may reply:
I'm here to assist with inquiries related to [Your business name]. For any other questions, please feel free to contact our office directly at [Your contact info] How else can I assist you with your [Your service] needs?
How does the chatbot train on my website content?
The chatbot scrapes your entire website (minus any pages you want it to exclude) once daily to ensure it has the latest information. We can also feed it documents to train on, such as your company's brochures, pricing sheets, etc.
How often can I send new files for the chatbot to train on?
