Transparency from day one

Do monthly editing hours roll over?

No, unused monthly editing hours do not roll over. This allows us to predict and allocate enough time each month to fulfill all of our client’s edit requests.

What day of the month do editing hours reset?

We log editing time per calendar month, so a new month in edit requests starts on the first of the month, not your renewal date.

What if I ever need more hours in a month?

You can purchase additional hours at our discounted rate of $100/hr with a minimum increment of 1 hour.

What kind of edit requests are covered?

Editing requests are fulfilled by our developers only. Developers can edit any content on your website or add new content if you provide clear written instructions. Edits may include content (HTML), styling changes (CSS), or functionality (Frontend and backend).

What's not covered under editing hours?

Creative direction: Creative work is handled by our designers and will be quoted separately.

Copywriting or content writing: Writing is handled by our writers and will be quoted separarely.

Terms

Don’t add code or plugins.

Do not add, remove, or edit code (This includes plugins or themes if its a WordPress site) from the website. Doing so terminates our hosting & maintenance agreement. For questions about plugins, themes, or code, contact us to perform the work for you.

Don't share login credentials.

Never share your website, hosting, GitHub, or domain registrar login info with others. Instead, add new users to your accounts by creating new user accounts for them or ask us for help with this. Everyone accessing your accounts should use their own login info and never use a shared login. If anyone ever asks you for your own login credentials, please block them.
